It does not get any worse than this, Arsenal have stunned Liverpool at the Emirates just a week after Jurgen Klopp announced that he will leave Liverpool at the end of the 23/24 season. Most fans were expecting atleast a draw for both sides, given how both of these teams have been performing lately. We all know how quickly Liverpool loves to counter their opponents but it’s Arsenal who looked to be sharp and furious, and so they kept challenging Liverpool’s defense to the max. In My Opinion, Arsenal’s first two goals came from an obvious Liverpool’s defense mistakes.

 The second goal concede by Liverpool left many people wondering, Virgil van Dijk and Allison Becker’s miscommunication really costed them big time. given how Liverpool was attacking it wasn’t convincing to the fans as in they just could not register shots and their attacking players seem to run out of Ideas. A sharpshooter like Diogo Jota didn’t seem dangerous at all. Jurgen Klopp also shuffled his squad a lot, bringing in three subs at the same time did not look impressive at all. and the players that he took actually they played way better than the ones that went in.

Let’s Talk about players here individually. It did not make sense to take out Trent for Robbo. Since Trent provides great crosses when attacking which could have led to some goals and clearly, we did not get that from Joe Gomez. Personally, I think Curtis Jones should have been subbed instead of Gakpo, Jones did not do great at all. lastly, Ryan Gravenberch out for Elliot was a JOKE, Elliot came in, i tried to see how dangerous he can be and i just noticed the guy takes six touches to find his teammate.

All these mistakes made Arsenal look great. Bukayo Saka looked like he was enjoying toying with Liverpool’s defense. Martinelli looked like a hero. and I know for a fact that Arsenal won’t be in the top two, Liverpool just happened to have a bad start missing a few key Players like Wataru Endo, Mo Salah, Szobo, these 3 could have made big changes.
